Perfect location 2 minutes from the ferry, cruise ships, bus and train stations in one direction and the other is the retail centre, Cathedral, banks and fabulous restaurants. The reception is spectacular as is the dining room for breakfast! The service is excellent and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. I especially liked that you could cook waffles or pancakes on different days, in addition to the egg and protien offerings. The location was perfect for tourists: 2 blocks from the city shopping and restaurant area and 2 blocks from the harbor and city park. The lobby bar had a good mixologist who made the beverages look appealing as well as taste good.

Great service by the staff. I had an issue with a discrepancy between the type of bed listed on Booking and the one they had in the room and the staff upgraded me to an adequate room. Amazing breakfast.

The included breakfast was great. Shower in my room was very hot and powerful, just how I like it. Gym and sauna were great, sadly the steam cabin did not work. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Never had so much choice for breakfast before. Exceptional and very fresh. Funky hotel was very quiet but this is end of Jan so not a popular time. Room nice size, no view to speak of but not there for the view from the room. Very comfortable stay

Less than 5 minutes walk from the the bus, railway station and near the ferry terminal. Friendly reception staff. Room spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable. Lovely dining room. Huge variety of delicious food for breakfast

Probably the most extensive breakfast buffet we had in Norway. Very good room albeit a little small but it was a single room. Excellent ensuite bathroom with ample toiletries.
